Xinjun Chengyue operates as a global technology team specializing in mobile application and game services. Our business cooperation is categorized into three primary models:
We provide full-lifecycle operational services for third-party mobile projects. This includes global publishing, localized marketing, user growth strategies, and community management. All rights and responsibilities are defined by separate, binding Service Level Agreements (SLA).
We undertake custom research and development for mobile applications and games. Xinjun Chengyue leverages its core technical expertise to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Intellectual Property (IP) ownership for outsourced projects is determined per individual project contract.
Xinjun Chengyue develops and operates its own portfolio of applications and games. These projects utilize various monetization strategies, including:
Unless otherwise stated in a specific business contract, all materials including software code, SVG graphics, UI designs, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Beijing Xinjun Chengyue Consulting Co., Ltd. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
Users must comply with all local and international laws. For developers and business partners, compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, Apple App Store Review Guidelines, and global data protection regulations (GDPR/CCPA) is mandatory when interacting with our systems.
Payments for self-developed projects are processed through authorized third-party platforms (App Store/Google Play). Refund requests must be directed to the respective platform. For B2B cooperation, payment schedules and milestones are governed by the specific project contract.
We aim to resolve any disagreements through amicable negotiation. In the event that a resolution cannot be reached:
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any legal action or proceeding related to this website, our apps, or our business services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Beijing, China (specifically the People's Court of Miyun District, Beijing, or higher courts as applicable).
All claims must be brought in the parties' individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
Xinjun Chengyue reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
